About Us
Two vessels, one standard of service, and a long commitment to the water we sail on.
Our Story
VietBayGroup operates two cruise brands out of Tuan Chau Harbour. Diana Cruises, delivered in October 2025, is the flagship: ninety-five metres on a Damen double hull, fifty-six balcony cabins and seven decks. Venus Cruise is the smaller, warmer sister ship.
Both sail the same water — out of Ha Long Bay and into Lan Ha, where the traffic thins and the swimming is better. Both are crewed in English and Vietnamese, and both take bookings through the same reservations desk in Hanoi.
The group keeps a head office in Hanoi's Hoan Kiem district and a cruise centre at Ha Long.
Founding year, ownership and milestones still need to be supplied — this section describes the fleet as it stands.

What We Hold To
A Damen double hull, VR-SI classification, two lifts and soundproofed cabins. The unglamorous parts are where the money went.
Tea ceremony, Dong Ho woodblock printing, Viet Phuc costume, a Vietnamese cooking class. The programme is local because the place is the point.
One seating at dinner so nobody eats in shifts. A herbal foot soak offered to every cabin, not just the suites.
Sustainability
These commitments need confirming against the group's actual environmental policy and certifications before launch.
